COVID-19 Guidelines for Customers
  • Upon arrival, wait in your vehicle and TEXT: “HERE, Your Name” and we will reply when you may enter the building. Our waiting area has been eliminated to comply with LIMITED occupancy of 20 TOTAL individuals in the building. Please come alone, unless accompanying a small child.
  • All customers over the age of 4 MUST wear a facial mask. If for health reasons you cannot wear a mask, please contact your professional prior to your appointment.
  • Upon entering the facility, PLEASE WASH YOUR HANDS or use hand sanitizer.
  • Temperatures will be taken when you arrive.
  • Walk in appointments will NOT be available until further notice. Please book an appointment online at: using our “Book Now” page.
  • All common items have been removed such as magazines, mints, games, brochures, phone chargers etc…
  • NO RETURNS will be allowed for retail items.
  • Please stay at least 6 FEET away from all other patrons. All chairs have been spaced 6 feet apart or barriers have been installed.
  • SPECIAL HOURS are available for immune compromised and elderly individuals on: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 7AM – 10AM. Please contact your professional to schedule appointments during special hours.
COVID-19 Guidelines for Professionals
  • All professionals will wear FACIAL MASKS.
  • Temperatures will be taken DAILY.
  • Hands will be washed upon entering the facility.
  • Regular cleaning of any common items such as door handles and countertops.
  • Professionals MUST be symptom free to enter the facility.
  • All of our previous sanitation guidelines will be followed per the Ohio State Board of Cosmetology.
  • Chairs, shampoo stations and instruments used will be sanitized between every customer.
Sickness/Cancellation Policy
  • We will NOT accept sick clients.
  • If you or someone you have been in contact with are sick within 24 HOURS of your appointment, please cancel immediately.
  • All cancellation fees will be waived, except in the event of NO SHOWS.

*Additional guidelines may be required per the Ohio State Board of Cosmetology at a later date.
